Family Support Services are designed to assist caregivers in their role. This has always been a very strong component to the AOS Services. AOS Family Support is available to everyone regardless whether or not their family member utilizes the Day Program.

Services include counseling, telephone consultation, information, referral and support groups. Registered Social Workers provide a variety of group sessions during the day and evening. Family Support Services offer many opportunities for caregivers to seek and obtain information, guidance and support. Appointments with the Social Workers can be arranged by calling or E-mailing us. Support groups require pre-registration and registration confirmation prior to attending the groups.

Fees

There are no fees for Family Support Services. Donations, however, to the Alzheimer Outreach Services (AOS) through the McCormick Home Foundation are greatly appreciated. Click here for more information on donations.
