Donations made in support of Alzheimer Outreach Services provide additional funds for special programs (i.e. art therapy, occasional bus outings) new equipment and furnishings which enhance the quality of life for those requiring our care. Items purchased by donation funds include musical instruments, CDs, films, and supplies for gardening, crafts, and games.  Click here for more information on McCormick Home Foundation.

Funds also support the AOS Subsidy Fund for those who cannot afford the program’s user fees. This gives an opportunity to those individuals whose financial resources are limited to benefit from the Day Program once per week.

Ways you can give:

General Donation
Make a donation to support and enhance the quality of life for participants of the Alzheimer’s Outreach Services program. You will receive a tax receipt for your generous gift.

Tribute – In Memory
Make a donation in memory of someone who has passed away. You will receive a tax receipt for your generous gift, and we will send a card acknowledging your thoughtful gift to the person’s family.

Tribute – In Honour
Make a donation to honour someone who is celebrating a special occasion (such as a wedding anniversary, birthday, or bar\bat mitzvah). You will receive a tax receipt for your generous gift, and we will send a card with your special message to the person(s) being honoured.

Leave a Legacy (Bequest)
A charitable donation in your Will means that you are thinking about the welfare of future generations. Knowing that your generosity will continue to support participants of the Alzheimer’s Outreach Services program into the future may be a deeply gratifying experience.
