All AOS programs are evaluated by users and reviewed regularly by the organization. AOS receives consistently high ratings of client satisfaction (90-95%).

Performance indicators and measurements are becoming increasingly more important elements in the funding process between Health Care Providers (HCP) funded by the Southwest Local Health Integration Network.

Day Program Results

Discharge surveys are sent to the family/ caregiver of each client discharged from the day program.  During the Fiscal Year of April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010 sixty two discharge surveys were completed and returned.
Results:

• 93% of respondent stated that the participants needs were met in the program
• 96% expressed being very satisfied with the program
• 98% would recommend the day program to others
• 86% believed that attendance in the day program extended their ability continue living at home
