Alzheimer Outreach Services (AOS), established in 1985, offers a wide range of services specifically designed to support individuals with Alzheimer Disease or a related dementia and their caregivers.

• Caregiver Resource Centre
• Early Stage Alzheimer Patient Support Group

AOS was founded by the WCA in 1985. The WCA continues to govern The AOS, McCormick Home and London & Region Wellspring organizations. 

AOS is funded through the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.  Additional program support is provided by grants from the McCormick Home Foundation as well as other community groups.

AOS is located at 2022 Kains Road, London, Ontario at the site of McCormick Home.
